Our product is meant to be iced but we do have customers that drink it hot! We recommend mixing it with room temperature liquid and warming it up to your preferred liking since whey protein does not mix well with direct hot water.

Yes! Each serving of Chike includes 2 shots ofreal espresso coffee (150mg caffeine) and 20g of whey protein. We taste test each batch for consistency, and prioritize making every flavor ridiculously delicious.

Original Chike High Protein Iced Coffee is formulated with sucralose. It is lightly sweetened and super yummy! Chike Naturals are sweetened with Reb M, a natural, no-calorie sweetener, derived sustainably from sugar cane with a zero glycemic index. Get your iced latte fix without the sugar and calories. It is a delicious healthier alternative to drive-thru coffee! 

Each serving has 20g protein and 1-3g of sugar.If you are unsure if Chike fits your needs, we recommend speaking with your doctor first! Our high protein iced coffee and meal replacements are used by many people due to their low calorie count and awesome nutritional values!

Our natural line is non-gmo and naturally sweetened with Reb M and a minor amount of organic cane sugar! We created this version for people that are sensitive to artificial sweeteners while still providing a delicious and healthy alternative to sugary, coffeehouse drinks. Reb M is a natural, no-calorie sweetener, derived sustainably from sugar cane with a zero glycemic index. Reb M is considered a natural sweetener whereas sucralose is considered an artificial sweetener.

Every ingredient in our current line is non-GMO except for sucralose, which is not in our natural line.

Due to the nature of natural ingredients, it is priced higher than our current line. We make every effort to create products and price competitively. We are vertically integrated and manufacture our product in house while using quality ingredients!

Since this line is naturally sweetened there is a slight increase in sugar per serving! It is still very low in sugar compared to other alternatives. Our natural line has 3g of sugar per serving and our original line has 1g of sugar per serving.

This is a big one! There were several reasons, here are the main contributors:

• One of the ingredients we had used was no longer being produced, so we had to find a comparable replacement to ensure the same level of quality and nutritional value.

• Several of the replacements diminished the taste of the product beyond what we felt was acceptable. At Chike, it’s unacceptable to release anything that isn’t up to our (very high) taste standards.

• After trying a LOT of alternatives, we finally found a solution that provides the same level of nutritional quality and flavor you love!

• As SOON as we finished this formulation, we ordered BAGS (like our coffee bags) to put these in to be able to stay in stock of this product like continually!

We’re always looking for ways to make our products more appealing to our customers. Our research shows that calling this product a “shake” makes the most sense as the consistency via the directions the packaging makes a thick, yummy milkshake-like texture!

Regarding flavor names, we wanted to paint a clear picture of the taste expectations when trying out one of our Meal Replacement Shakes. The flavors themselves are the same, just with more descriptive and delicious names! These will be reflected when we transition from our tubs to the new bags of Meal Replacements!

Decaf Cappuccino High Protein Iced Coffee is currently the only flavor at this time. We hope to offer other flavors in the future! We recommend adding in flavors of your liking (favorite syrup mixes, etc.) if you’d like to customize it!

We found early on in our company's history, that we needed to bring manufacturing in house in order to ensure the quality and consistency that we demanded in our products. All Chike products are made in our own facility, under our watchful eyes. We own and operate a cGMP certified, and a FDA inspected facility. Every batch is taste tested, and lab tested for purity and safety.
